• A heavy-duty weather-resistant tent structure spans the central common area, providing a large central common area. Large 240V heaters included to keep this space warm during cold months.

Transport & Logistics:

• Entire dry packs into the (4) connex units for transport.
• Tent structure and benches will be stored securely inside.
• Buyer to arrange shipping; we will handle all on-site disassembly and loading.
• Available for inspection near Carlsbad, New Mexico.
