Water Seepage Reduction at Triumph Mine

Water Seepage Reduction at Triumph Mine

Harrison Western recently completed a water seepage reduction project at a concrete bulkhead/plug within historic mine workings in Idaho. Microfine cement was used in conjunction with downstage grouting to permeate the rock surrounding the concrete bulkhead as far out as possible. We achieved the target water seepage reduction amount of approximately 50%. Harrison Western provides solutions for mine-related (and beyond) water seepage control needs and can custom tailor a grouting program for each project’s individual needs.
